Join us for an evening stroll through the cover crop fields, gathering, harvesting, and foraging blooms ready for the picking. As we walk, we’ll introduce you to the joys and challenges of growing sunflowers (and other pollinators) en masse. We will harvest and forage for varieties that find their homes happily in the cover crop fields. After filling our buckets, learn about post-harvest care, and ways to extend the vase life of these blossoms. Taking time to stop and enjoy the flowers is a gift to yourself. Join us!
